Lovely Vintage Carol Anderson California Sleeveless Maxi Dress. The tag says a size 9-10 but please use the measurements for correct size fit. It is a pretty floral pattern with buttons down the front, elastic waist (no belt) side pockets and side slits. It is in excellent condition with no flaws.
