Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure the fastest possible fulfillment.

Because our Creation and Fulfillment teams begin preparing orders as soon as an order is received, we do not accept order cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If you need to update your shipping address or make another change to your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once processing has begun, we will make every reasonable effort to assist whenever possible.

This Cancellation Policy does not limit or exclude any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. If mandatory laws in your country or state provide you with additional rights, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
