What are your pieces made out of?
Most of our products are made out of 14k gold, rose gold, or silver plated brass. For our plain goddess crown bases - they are 100% nickel-free.

ORDERING
How do I know my piece will fit?
Please feel free to contact us at care@avigailadam.com and we would be happy to work with you to ensure a perfect fit. Most of our pieces are flexible and adjustable, so one size fits all.
What is Route Package Protection?
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Our apologies! If you purchased Route package protection, click here to file a claim. If you did not purchase route, please contact us directly at care@avigailadam.com.
How quickly will my order be sent to me?
**Due to the holiday season and an exceptionally high volume of orders, our small team is working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.**
Please note the following timelines:
- For in-stock items: Processing times are currently delayed, and we ask for up to 30 business days for shipment. Under normal circumstances, we strive to fulfill in-stock orders within 5-10 business days.
- For preorder items: These take 4-12 weeks to manufacture as they are custom-made with you in mind. Please note that we do not ship partial or incomplete orders.
Important Information About Priority Shipping:
Selecting priority shipping at checkout ensures that your order will be shipped via priority mail once it is fulfilled. It does not expedite the processing or fulfillment of your order.
If you need a rush on your order, please contact us directly at care@avigailadam.com, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
How long do preorders take?
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you purchased Route package protection, your order is covered in the event of loss, theft, or damage while in transit. Should you encounter any issues with your shipment, you can file a claim directly with Route’s team here.
If you did not opt for Route protection, please note that once your package leaves our studio, it is beyond our control, and we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. We strongly recommend providing a secure shipping address to ensure safe delivery.
For added peace of mind, we also offer insured shipping via priority mail for our US Customers at checkout.
Exchanges / Returns
We do not accept returns. Please feel free to email us prior to ordering with any question you might have regarding an item in order to ensure you are happy with what you are planning to order. In case you are not happy with your item once received, we will be happy to exchange it for something else. Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.
We will accept exchanges as long as the piece is unworn and remains in its glorious original condition. Please contact care@avigailadam.com before shipping your exchange and we will be pleased to provide you with exchange instructions.
How long does it take to process an exchange?
Once we have received your package and verified the condition of the exchange, please allow us 10 business days to process your exchange. You will receive an email confirmation when your new piece has been shipped or your store credit is available to put towards something shiny and new!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Does Avigail Adam ship worldwide?
Of course! We are happy to ship your order to you, regardless of where you live.
How do I exchange an international order?
Please contact care@avigailadam.com and we will provide you with our shipping address to arrange your exchange.
Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.
Taxes and Customs
Please be aware! Avigail Adam does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These taxes are your responsibility upon receiving your package.
