This is a stunning antique unusual shaped French Victorian 19th Century gold gilt footed jewelry casket hinged box.
The box is approximately 6 1/4" by 2 1/4" or 2 5/8" wide where clasp is by 2 1/4" high. Features fluer de lis motif feet and prongs with embossed floral sides. The top features beveled glass. The hinge work fine and the box also clasps fine.
No cracks or chips. Terrific vintage condition.
Original black velvet interior.
